Featuring moulded grooves on the medium side for increased wear resistance. Optimum solution for up to 35 bar saturated steam. Can be used with most media (except steam) up to 400 bar or 400°C.
Made from "extra-hard" borosilicate glass with polished surfaces. Required for steam service above 35 bar or high pH-value media. Must be protected by mica shields for contaminated or corrosive media.
Our borosilicate gauge glasses are engineered for high-pressure and high-temperature liquid level indication in steam boilers and industrial vessels. With high mechanical strength and exceptional resistance to thermal shock, they are suitable for critical applications in refineries, petrochemical plants, and the pharmaceutical industry. All sealing and cushion gaskets are supplied as asbestos-free material to ensure environmental compliance and safety.
We maintain regular inventory of standard reflex and transparent sizes (Types A, B, H) in Johor Bahru for rapid dispatch to maintenance teams in Pasir Gudang, Pengerang, and Singapore. Our technical expertise allows us to support specialized glass requirements, including high-purity mica shields for extreme steam service and full material certification for international compliance.
