Spiral Wound Gasket Winding

We manufacture industrial-grade Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG) using advanced horizontal winding technology. This enables us to meet strict ASME B16.20 standards and custom specifications for critical sealing applications.

Welding & Metal Joining

PMI Testing

Positive Material Identification (PMI) ensures that the materials used in your gaskets meet the required specifications. Using handheld X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology, we quickly and non-destructively verify the elemental composition of metals and alloys.
