AEROlite® Kammprofile Gaskets are premium composite gaskets designed for ultra-high integrity sealing in demanding industrial environments. They consist of a serrated metal core (usually SS316L) with soft sealing layers bonded to both faces, ensuring a tight seal even at low bolt loads.

Common Gasket Styles

KP1 (Lateral Profile): Designed for vessels and heat exchangers. Used in male/female, tongue & groove, or recessed flange systems.

KP2 (Integral Guide Ring): Most common style for standard pipeline pipework and raised-face flanges.

KP3 (Floating Guide Ring): Ideal for large diameter pipework and applications with high thermal expansion.
